  • If you may return any item it must be within 14 days of receiving the original order using the downloadable PDF returns form found in the page.


    • You can return any item for a refund within 14 days of receiving your original order.
    • If in the unfortunate event your item is faulty please contact our customer service team at support:  within 7 days who will be happy to advise you how to return the item to us and issue you with an RMA number and pre-paid label.
    • Please note we cannot accept any faulty item returned without an RMA number.

    Please be aware that the RMA and pre-paid label are only for the faulty item that you are returning, should you enclose further non-faulty items in the package you will be liable for the return postage. Any item returned to us as faulty without an RMA number will not be eligible for a return postage refund.

    • We'll refund the price you purchased your item at -this includes sale items. If you’d like a refund for your goods but you can’t return them to us for any reason, then a refund for those goods will be at our discretion.
    • If you wish to return swimwear, please do not remove the original wrapping for hygiene reasons.
    • All goods will be inspected on return.
    • The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so make sure it’s packed up properly and can’t get damaged on the way!
    • We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake.
    • In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you.
    • We recommend you obtain proof of postage.
    • These items returned should be in their original condition.
    • It can usually take up to 7 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) from the date of your return for your parcel to be delivered back to our warehouse and processed.
    • We'll send you an email as soon as we've completed your return, letting you know whether a refund or exchange has been processed. This is usually within 1 working day of receiving your return.
    • Any refund will be automatically issued to the payment method you used to place your original order. This typically takes 5 – 10 working days in the UK, depending on your payment method issuer.
